I have been treated by Mandeep Nandhra for a period of approximately 3 years. I initially attended because I had a minor (but chronic) neck problem resulting in back stiffness and restricted mobility. Mandeep not only recognised the problem but explained to me in clear and understandable terms what was required to alleviate the symptoms. I was aware it was a problem for life but needed to know how to manage it. Mandeep has treated it brilliantly and reduced discomfort to an absolute minimum. Throughout treatment she has monitored changes in my condition and adjusted treatment accordingly, her approach is truly holistic and intelligent.
Finally, she’s a really nice person who strives to make treatment as enjoyable as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, not only for conditions like mine, but also anyone with any kind of joint or spinal discomfort.
